Unmaking of life as you know it
is the dark dimension of death
Only in unmaking life as you know it
will render you to the ways of the Divine

– Sadhguru

Crippling
Disabling
Traumatising

A feeling of impending suffering
A feeling of losing control
All strength taken away by the feared

But why run away?
Where can I run away to?
Fear is eternally patient.
It'll wait for that day when I've forgotten
When I'm most vulnerable

Running away only postpones
Eventually we must meet
Fear and I
Let it be today
Let it be now
For life is a short affair

Why are you fear?
When did I unknowingly create you?

You smell of a dark night
You taste like the fangs of a snake
Your eyes speak of the bottomless abyss
That skin of yours screams in cacophony noises
Of the weird and ghostly

Why are you fear?
Did I unknowingly reject you?
Ran away from you?

Here come to me
Let me embrace you

For you too are a part of me
Why should you not relish the love in me

Come let me face you
And let me accept you
With open arms and honest eyes.
